Ns8a Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

In these terms and conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" or "ns8a" refers to the ns8a.pro website, mobile app, and all related services provided by us.
• "User", "You" or "Player" refers to any individual who registers and uses our services.
• "Account" refers to a user account registered on the ns8a platform to access our services.
• "Funds" refers to real money deposited, won, or held in your account.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits awarded to players subject to specific turnover requirements.
• "Turnover" or "Rollover" refers to the total wagering amount required before a bonus or winnings can be withdrawn.

2. Processing Time: Routine withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes for FPX and e-wallets. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business hours.
3. KYC Verification: First-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding RM10,000 require identity verification beforehand.
4. Withdrawal Methods: Funds must be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet in the same name as your ns8a account.
5. Turnover Requirements: Any active bonus must meet the turnover requirement before a withdrawal is permitted.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

• Maximum daily withdrawal: RM50,000 for regular players.
• VIP players enjoy higher withdrawal limits of up to RM200,000 per day.
• There is no limit on the amount of winnings that can be withdrawn — all legitimate winnings will be paid in full.
